The Chelsea Office Systems, Inc. team provided Innova administrator training, upgraded their system to a later version of Innova and assisted in the creation of standard templates. We also provide on-going support as requested for new hire on-boarding and refresher training on new features and benefits.
When the two firms merged, the Chelsea Office Systems, Inc. group reworked all of their templates to incorporate the new offices, different languages and paper sizes. A label program was redesigned to be compatible with the new environment. We also provided personalized support during the transition.
For a project outside of the legal industry, the Chelsea Office Systems, Inc. team proudly provided full-service project management and end-user training for 1,000 users in 21 offices across the US and Canada. The project included Office 2016 implementation as well as Windows 10, iManage and other security software.
