Roberta Gelb, President, is a well-known professional, having established authority on productivity, software and office systems solutions for law firms and businesses. She has substantial expertise in systems design, implementation, training and the “human factors” associated with effective use of technology.

In 1984, Roberta founded Chelsea Office Systems, a unique software consulting and training company that provides custom productivity recommendation, application programming and development, education, and on-site support to law firms and corporations.

Roberta is the Vendor Representative on the board of the Professional Legal Trainers Group and also serves on the Program Committee. She is extremely active in the community, currently serving on the Board of the NY State Breast Cancer Network; the Scientific Advisory Board of Consano, and volunteering for animal rescue programs in the New York area. Paul Nachowitz, VP Applications Development, is a veteran programmer with 35 years’ experience in creating and customizing complex programs and application software. Paul is adept at systems programming (OS, language compilers, link edits) as well as applications programming including order processing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

At Chelsea Office Systems, he manages dynamic implementations, migrations and customizations of Innova, Litera Microsystems’ document automation platform, for prominent American law firm clients.

Extremely versatile, Paul has worked in both the private and public sectors and has coded in assembly language as well as Basic, C, COBOL, FORTRAN, Omnis, PL1 and Visual Basic programming languages. Prior to working at Chelsea Office Systems, Paul created programs and application software for companies as diverse as Harry Winston, Hunter Douglas, and RCA Records where he was hired to set up a system to handle the peak volume of orders when Elvis Presley died.
